Android has a much bigger collection of third party reading applications than iOS does. My recommendation is to use a third party application that comes from a reputable company that offers good support and good customer service.
Voice Aloud Reader was easy to set up for me and it provided great reading assistance for my clients. The best part of the application is that the application allows you to search for a service provider in any city where you may be traveling. You just enter the number and the application will bring up companies that can provide your reading assistance. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs a voice to text tool for their Android phone.
